UNCG Women's and Gender Studies
There are presently no open calls for submissions.
All submissions should be sent no later November 30, 2012. In an effort to judge all abstracts strictly on their own merits, the proposal committee is requesting that you do NOT include your name or other personal information within the submssion document itself.
Please carefully read all information below and the Call for Papers before preparing your submission.
For ALL submissions:
- Please type or paste a “cover letter/biography” into the window/field provided (NOT into the proposal itself). Please include your name, institutional or organizational affiliation (if relevant), 100-word bio, email address, and submission title. If you are a student, please write the words “graduate student” or “undergraduate student”.
- Please note that if the materials are incomplete or if names appear on the proposals themselves, they will be returned.
- No individual may appear more than twice in the conference program.
- Please note that we will not have technology available in all presentation rooms. We will do our best to honor technology requests (LCD projectors, DVD players, overhead projectors, etc.) included in original proposals. We will not be able to accommodate technology requests made after a proposal is submitted. Presenters will be responsible for bringing their own laptops and any special adapters needed (e.g., for Mac laptops) to connect to the technology provided.
- Click the "Submit to SEWSA 2013" button and set up your account in one step
